ccNote is a clinical documentation app developed by CCNOTE Teknoloji A.Ş., a company based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The company was founded by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kemal Arslantaş, a specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care.
Physicians spend a large share of their working hours writing notes instead of caring for patients. ccNote was built to reduce that burden: the physician dictates the patient assessment, and the app turns the recording into a structured clinical note.
The app is designed primarily for intensive care, anesthesia and inpatient wards, where documentation must be thorough but time is scarce. An AI model that understands Turkish medical terminology drafts the note; the physician reviews and approves it.
The ccNote iOS app has been live on the App Store since April 2026. The web dashboard is available at dashboard.ccnote.ai . We keep improving the product based on feedback from clinical users.

Prof. Arslantaş is Chief of the Anesthesiology and Reanimation Clinic at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (Memorial Healthcare Group), Istanbul, and chairs the Artificial Intelligence Scientific Board and TARD Academy of the Turkish Society of Anaesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD), and the Data Science Working Group of the Turkish Society of Intensive Care.
Clinical work focuses on perioperative medicine, mechanical ventilation and critical care, alongside regular teaching and talks on AI in medicine, clinical decision support systems and large language models. ccNote was founded to reduce the documentation burden clinicians face every day in intensive care and anesthesia.
